A highlight of an apprenticeship with Hoffmann Neopac is that all apprentices will run the on-line shop tinboutic.ch as a joint project as if it were their own business. You will therefore be introduced to the processes and tasks involved in overarching business processes. You will take on an appropriate role and function in the project depending on your apprenticeship.
In the 1st year of the apprenticeship you will be entitled to 35 days holiday, in the 2nd year 30 and from the 3rd year onwards 25 days. Our annual working hours are based on a 40-hour working week.
You will take part in an annual trip over several days that is organized by apprentices for apprentices. You are guaranteed to have a good time! You will also get to know your fellow apprentices better and the team spirit will be strengthened.
You will receive a 13th month's salary at the end of the year and will have the opportunity to receive a performance-based monthly bonus. Hoffmann Neopac will cover travel costs to the training school or to inter-company courses.
We will provide and clean any personal equipment that you may need, such as the safety shoes and work clothing required in production departments.
