E-Commerce Manager

Task:

  • Design online advertising, marketing campaigns and create conversions for our webshop
  • Conduct catalog and content management
  • Ensure and measure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor the returns process
  • Systematically optimize the user experience in our shop (customer journey)
  • Management of business partners
  • Analyse the Q&A chat with the customers for development inputs
  • Generating a comprehensive inventory, customer and financial management and reporting
  • Managing, monitoring and improving internal sales processes
  • D365 Marketing user for Lead Management and campaigning
  • Responsible for communication with agencies and external service providers
  • Keeping the budget

Goals of the job:

  • Create conversions
  • Understanding the tube business and customer needs for that segment
  • Secure customer satisfaction, customer retention, and customer loyalty
  • Support our corporate image online
  • Targeting of a new market segment – onboarding of new customers
  • Develop product and service models

Expectation:

  • Master University degree, specialized in E-Commerce
  • Working experience for at least 5 years in this field
  • Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
  • Skilled in project management
  • Open minded, excellent communication skills, high organizational skills, dynamism, passionate to lead projects and have an enterpreneurial mindset
