  • Full support for sales managers,
  • Coordinating incoming orders,
  • Responsible for Material Specifications
  • Coordinating the commercial and technical details of orders with foreign customers,
  • Managing customer relations,
  • Setting up the delivery process in time,
  • (Monitoring the production of the product according to the customer's requirements,)
  • Translating foreign language documentation,
  • Customer complaint handling
  • (Managing the SAP system.)


  • University or college degree
  • Fluent English knowledge (German language skills an advantage)
  • Customer-oriented thinking,
  • Dynamic, energetic personality
  • Communicates effectively with various partner departments as well as with foreign partners,
  • Excellent organisational skills,
  • Proactive personality, able to work independently and in a team,
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines accurately and have a high degree of flexibility,
  • Willing to travel to plant in Switzerland (at least for introduction period)
  • Dedicated, goal-oriented, demanding, precise, punctual.
